Cookie Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Edlaro Footwear Pvt. Ltd. ("Edlaro", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on edlaro.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, keep you signed in and measure how the site is used. We also use related technologies such as localStorage and pixel beacons, which we collectively refer to as "cookies" in this policy.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly Necessary
Cannot be disabled
Required for the site to function — keeping your shopping bag, holding your sign-in session, processing checkout securely and remembering your currency and locale. Without these, parts of the site will not work.
Preference
Manage in your browser
Remember choices you make (e.g. INR vs USD display, accepted policies) so we don't ask you again on every visit.
Analytics
Opt out via browser Do-Not-Track or by blocking analytics scripts
Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, used in aggregate to understand which products and pages are useful, and to fix what isn't. We do not sell this data.
Marketing
Disabled by default unless you opt in
Only used if you actively sign up to our list. Helps us measure the performance of our own campaigns. Edlaro does not run third-party retargeting pixels.
3. Third parties
A small number of trusted service providers may set cookies on our behalf — including our authentication provider, our payments partner Razorpay, and Google Analytics. Each of these providers operates under its own privacy and cookie policies, which we recommend reviewing.
4. How to manage cookies
Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies from individual sites or globally. You can also browse in private/incognito mode, which clears cookies when you close the window.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout and sign-in; we recommend leaving those enabled and limiting only the optional categories.
5. Withdrawing consent
Where we rely on consent for non-essential cookies, you can withdraw that consent at any time by clearing cookies for edlaro.com in your browser and declining when next prompted.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
